Dr. Vince Stenson says cases of rat poisoning involving dogs in Williston are on the rise.”With oil activity and more out buildings, sheds and shops and things like that there`s just more places for rats and mice to live and probably more dogs are spending times in these places with their owners” says Stenson…more…

Michigan City decides against Pit Bull Ban

DEARBORN (Southgate, MI) (Press & Guide)– Facing a mobilized and well-organized opposition, city officials announced that a plan to ban pit bull terriers is off the table. Blackbirds that fell in AK. died of blunt trauma!

(MSNBC) BEEBE, Ark. — Preliminary autopsies on 17 of the up to 5,000 blackbirds that fell on this town indicate they died of blunt trauma to their organs, the state’s top veterinarian told NBC News on Monday. Their stomachs were empty, which rules out poison, Dr. George Badley said, and they died in midair, not on impact with the ground.
